Experience the magic with our traditional Christmas Grotto. Wander through our magical trail and soak up the festive atmosphere on your journey to see Father Christmas. Help to prepare some special food to take home for the Reindeer’s most important flight. Your group will be welcomed into The Claus’ snug for a cozy chat with the Big Man himself. Visit the Elves Toyshop where children can choose their perfect present, providing you’re on the nice list of course!

It’s a chance for the whole family to enjoy some quality time together with low levels of music,absolute minimal queuing and the opportunity when booking online to tell useverything we need to know about your child to ensure they enjoy their visit i.e., any dos and dont’s for your child, any specific interests to help your child feel at ease and anything else that we will need to be aware of. There will be low slot numbers to allow extra time to take in all of the sensory aspects of our magical grotto, so early booking is recommended.
