“Customer service par excellence. What a friendly efficient and helpful service all round. Hunted high & low on the Internet for granite weights for our John Lewis parasol, they have discontinued the weights and our builder unthoughtfully used 2 of the existing ones as mortar boards! Whilton Locks kept them to one side throughout the latest lockdown until we could travel to get them. 100% customer service all round.”
